MiraVista Behavioral Health Center in Holyoke, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Older Adult Inpatient Behavioral Health Float Pool. The 7:00 pm – 7:30 am shift covers 36 hours across three 12-hour shifts, with regular float between inpatient units.

The RN will assess patients, implement individualized care plans, administer medications, monitor progress, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN license required.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of professional nursing experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years with geriatric and behavioral health patients.
• Experience with psychiatric or substance use inpatient settings preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient physical and psychological condition.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Float between inpatient units as staffing requires.
