Job summary

MiraVista Behavioral Health Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the Older Adult Inpatient Behavioral Health Float Pool. This 36-hour role spans three 12-hour shifts (7:00 am – 7:30 pm) with a $5.00/hr differential.

The RN will float across inpatient units, providing comprehensive nursing care to geriatric and adult behavioral health patients in a supportive environment. Qualified candidates will hold an active MA RN license, preferably BSN, with a minimum of five years of

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Minimum of five years professional nursing experience.
• Experience with geriatric and behavioral health patients preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Float between inpatient units as needed to cover staffing gaps.
• Assess patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment team.
