Job summary

Sanford Health in Worthington, MN is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the Worthington Medical Center. The RN delivers patient-centered care under nurse leadership, collaborates with the care team, and applies nursing processes with critical thinking.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Required certifications on hire or within six months include ACLS, TNCC, PALS, MOAB.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient-centered nursing care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and communicate with health care providers, families, and patients.
• Teach patients and families across all age groups and ensure patient education.
• Demonstrate competency in nursing process and critical thinking in daily care.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred)
