Sanford Health in Worthington, MN is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. The role offers 12-hour and 8-hour shifts with a mix, scheduled every 3rd weekend and 3rd holiday, with cross-training to General Medical/ICU.

You will provide patient-centered nursing care under supervision, collaborate with diverse teams, and ensure effective communication with patients, families, and health care providers. Minnesota RN license and current certifications required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Minnesota RN license in good standing required.
• Certifications (ACLS, TNCC, PALS) may be required on hire or within six months.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and indirect patient-centered nursing care in the Emergency Department.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide safe, high-quality care 24/7.
