Job summary

Sanford Health Worthington Medical Center is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient‑centered care under the supervision of the nurse manager or Administrative Supervisor. The RN will deliver care across medical and surgical units, pediatric to elderly, utilizing the nursing process, communicating with teams, families, and patients, and ensuring safety and quality standards.

Required graduation from an accredited nursing program with Minnesota RN license; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license with Minnesota State Board of Nursing.
• Certifications on hire may include ACLS, TNCC, PALS, MOAB.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient-centered care across inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with healthcare team; communicate with patients, families, and providers.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, nursing process, and orientation to departmental duties.
