Job summary

Sanford Health in Worthington, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct and indirect patient-centered care in General Medicine and ICU, with cross-training in the Emergency Department. The RN will follow a competency-based orientation and use the nursing process to assess, plan, and evaluate care.

Responsibilities include collaboration with the care team, educating patients and families, and communicating effectively with providers, law enforcement, EMS, and other staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Minnesota RN license required; BLS/ACLS certifications expected.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred and ongoing education encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and indirect patient-centered nursing care.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members.
