Qualifications

• BSN pursued or commitment to obtain within three years of hire (post‑Nov 2019).
• RN must have six or more months of relevant nursing experience or participate in Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinate care and supervise other caregivers through delegation, validation, evaluation, and coordination.
• Facilitate patient care/unit activities among nursing peers, physicians and support services.

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

BSN in progress or willing to acquire within three years
