Job summary

McClure Post Acute is actively recruiting a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team on a full-time basis. You will provide compassionate, high-quality resident care, assess conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with LVNs, CNAs, therapists, and physicians to develop and update individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Active California RN license required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.
• Assess residents' conditions and monitor changes in health status.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policies.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans as appropriate.
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and resident responses.
• Communicate changes in condition promptly to physicians and other members of the healthcare team.
• Supervise and provide direction to LVNs, CNAs, and other care team members.
• Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Assist with wound care, treatments, and other clinical procedures as needed.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and independence.
• Maintain compliance with applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Current, active California Registered Nurse (RN) license required
