Job Summary: The RN Clinical Nurse collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care. Practicing under the Wellstar Shared Governance Model, the nurse adheres to the Wellstar Professional Practice Model, evidence-based practices, and the ANA Code of Ethics, ensuring compliance with the Georgia Nurse Practice Act.

Core Responsibilities include:
