Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including assessments, medication administration, and treatments.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Monitor residents' health conditions and report changes to the appropriate medical professionals.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
• Educate residents and their families about wellbeing, health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and community policies.
