Job description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care across a full-continuum senior living community. Key responsibilities include assessing resident health, monitoring changes, administering medications and treatments, coordinating with physicians and families, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. The RN promotes resident safety, dignity, and quality of life.

Key Duties

• Provide direct nursing care and support a nursing team

Benefits & Compensation

• $5,000 sign-on bonus (eligible full-time)
• Hourly rates up to $45.00 for PRN and PIB roles
• Full benefits including insurance, 403(b) with employer match, paid time off, and life insurance

Schedule

• Day shift available (6:00 AM-6:00 PM)
• PRN on-call shifts, including at least 4 shifts per month with 1 weekend
• Weekend and holiday rotation for full-time roles
