Marion Valley SNF Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities during the tour of duty, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards and maintaining the highest quality of care. Duties include directing nursing staff, policy development, and coordinating resident care.

Responsibilities also cover committees, QA participation, discharge planning, and ensuring proper documentation and regulatory compliance across the facility.

Qualifikationen

• Nursing degree required from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in rehabilitative/restorative nursing preferred.
• 2+ years in long-term care is preferred.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities during the tour of duty.
• Direct nursing staff and coordinate with DON/ADON as applicable.
• Develop, maintain and update Nursing Service Procedures Manual and policies.
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations.
• Attend committee meetings and contribute to QA programs.
• Participate in discharge planning and resident transfers.
