MARIONVALLEY is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for night shift to supervise day-to-day nursing activities at our Marion, Ohio facility. You will ensure care quality and regulatory compliance during your tour of duty.

Qualified candidates hold an RN license, CPR, and prefer 2+ years in long-term care. The role offers new rates and a sign-on bonus; duties include administrative oversight, staff coordination, and maintaining resident care plans.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree and be licensed as RN in the state.
• 2+ years of long-term care experience preferred.
• CPR certification required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities during your tour of duty in accordance with applicable standards.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations governing the facility.
• Participate in developing, maintaining, and updating nursing service procedures and discharge plans.
