Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program or have two years of relevant work experience.
• Main area of study in your education should be nursing.
• Two years of experience in nursing is required.
• You need to be a registered nurse.
• Have basic life support (BLS) certification or get it within 30 days of starting.

Responsibilities

• Focus on patient and family needs and develop care plans.
• Assess patients, plan personalized care, and evaluate responses.
• Delegate interventions to team members based on guidelines and patient condition.
• Educate patients, families, and staff; document progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with the care team to implement care plans and adjust as needed.
