Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Float to coordinate patient care across care teams using the nursing process. The RN assesses patients, develops individualized care plans, and delegates tasks according to Texas Nursing Practice Act guidelines to ensure safe transitions and timely interventions.

Qualifications

• Grad of an Accredited Program or 2 years of work experience above the minimum qualification.
• MAJOR - Nursing (three entries)
• EXPERIENCE - 1 Year of Experience
