Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) for Telemetry to float across MedSurg, Telemetry, and step-down units on a 13-week assignment. The role requires a valid RN license and a minimum of 2 years' experience in relevant nursing settings.

The position involves 12-hour day shifts, unit-based charge nurse and nurse manager coordination, and collaboration with on-site staff to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. Epic EMR proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have RN license and valid state licensure.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in relevant settings.
• Ability to float between MedSurg, Telemetry and step-down units.

Responsibilities

• Care for post-surgical, orthopedic, pneumonia, dialysis, palliative care, hospice and chemo patients.
• Read and interpret telemetry strips and manage patient monitoring.
• Collaborate with hospitalists and intensivists for patient management.
