Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a dedicated Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) for an on-site Float Pool position in Simi Valley, CA. This temporary contract lasts for 13 weeks and requires flexibility to float to ICU and Med/Surg units. Successful candidates will be responsible for conducting patient assessments, developing care plans, and educating patients while working within a collaborative team environment.

A California RN License, along with BLS/CPR, NIH Stroke, and Dysrhythmia Certifications, is required. Candidates with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and acute care experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active California RN License is required.
• BLS/CPR Certification is necessary.
• NIH Stroke Certification is required.
• Dysrhythmia Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and analyze data.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Coordinate care across interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
• Educate patients, families, and staff.
• Support safe discharge planning and continuity of care.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff.
