Job summary

Mercy South Float Pool is seeking a dynamic RN to provide patient care across Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, ED, and more. This PRN role requires minimum 1–2 years of bedside RN experience and an active RN license in Missouri.

Mercy offers flexible scheduling, day/night 12-hour shifts or 8-hour evenings, with competitive pay differentials and benefits starting day one. You’ll grow clinically while delivering compassionate care across diverse units.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of bedside RN experience.
• BSN preferred; nursing degree from accredited school.
• Current RN license in the state.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care across multiple units within Mercy South Float Pool.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality, collaborate with departments.
• Support flexible scheduling and 12-hour or 8-hour shifts.
