Job summary

Mercy South Float Pool is seeking an experienced RN to work across units with flexible scheduling. PRN with a minimum of three shifts in a six‑week period, plus additional orientation hours, lets you diversify your bedside experience.

You’ll provide patient care using the nursing process, coordinate with other departments, and protect patient rights. Competitive shift differentials reward Med/Surg, Stepdown, ICU, and other units.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years bedside RN experience.
• BSN preferred.
• Current MO RN license.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process across multiple units.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
• Participate in orientation and continuous learning.
