Job summary

Mass General Brigham’s North Shore Medical Center site is seeking a Registered Nurse to manage all aspects of nursing care and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes. The role requires a Massachusetts RN license, BLS, and 2+ years of inpatient experience, with ACLS preferred.

Onsite at 81 Highland Avenue, the position offers day shift hours, 36 weekly hours, and a competitive hourly pay range.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing; bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of nursing preferred
• Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required
• BLS required, ACLS preferred
• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in inpatient care

Responsibilities

• The Registered Nurse manages all aspects of the nursing process and the delivery of patient and family centered care.
• The Registered Nurse has the responsibility and authority to request and use governing and administrative resources, technological and support systems, and multidisciplinary clinical experts necessary to manage and deliver quality, cost effective patient care.
