Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing required.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required.
• BLS required, ACLS preferred.
• Minimum of 2+ years' inpatient care experience (2-3 years preferred).
• Certifications in CPR/PALS/ACLS/BLS may be required for specific units.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the nursing process and deliver patient and family centered care.
• Request and utilize governing and administrative resources, technology, and multidisciplinary clinical experts as needed.
• Deliver quality, cost-effective patient care across assigned department.
