Job summary

Mass General Brigham seeks a Registered Nurse to manage all aspects of the nursing process and the delivery of patient- and family-centered care at 81 Highland Avenue, onsite. The RN has authority to request resources and collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical experts to ensure quality, cost-effective care.

Requirements include MA RN license, BSN preferred, BLS required with ACLS preferred, and 2+ years of Medical/Surgical experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing required; bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of nursing preferred
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required
• BLS required, ACLS preferred

Responsibilities

• The Registered Nurse manages all aspects of the nursing process and the delivery of patient and family centered care.
• Has the responsibility and authority to request and use governing and administrative resources, technological and support systems, and multidisciplinary clinical experts necessary to manage and deliver quality, cost effective patient care.
