Job summary

Northwest Healthcare is seeking a per diem Registered Nurse to support the Float Pool across all Northwest facilities. The RN will provide patient-centered care, coordinate with physicians, and deliver treatments per orders while adhering to safety and infection-control standards.

Responsibilities span critical care, emergency services, OR, and specialty areas, with emphasis on assessment, documentation, education, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing required.
• Perioperative and critical care skills are a plus.
• Experience with pediatric or neonatal care is not required but beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate and deliver care per physician orders and protocols.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Collaborate with care team to implement individualized care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in life-saving interventions.
