Qualifications

• 2+ years of RN experience as required.
• Per diem position in Float Pool.
• Must be able to float to Northwest Healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures within competency.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans.
• Respond to medical emergencies and participate in CPR/Code team activities.
• Educate patients and families about care and post-discharge plans.
• Uphold infection control protocols and safety standards.
• Document care thoroughly in the medical record.
