Job summary

Massachusetts Health & Hospital Association is seeking an RN for the Float Pool to provide high-quality, individualized nursing care across inpatient units, floating as needed.

The role emphasizes patient safety, collaboration with staff, and maintaining competency while adhering to professional standards and hospital policies. A current Illinois RN license and CPR are required, with ACLS/PALS/NRP may be required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Illinois RN license.
• Effective communication skills.
• Mastery of nursing skills.
• CPR certification.
