Job summary

Endeavor Health in Chicago, IL, is seeking an experienced RN for the Float Pool (Registered Nurse Resource Team). This full-time night shift requires 36 hours per week, with every other weekend and rotating holidays.

The RN will float across inpatient units, report to the Clinical Nurse Manager, and deliver high-quality, individualized care while maintaining standards. Illinois nursing licensure and CPR are required; ACLS/PALS/NRP may be needed within six months.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of staff nurse experience.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Illinois Nursing licensure; CPR certification.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP may be required within six months depending on unit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Float across Swedish inpatient units delivering high-quality nursing care.
• Report to the Clinical Nurse Manager of the Resource Team and site-based managers.
• Utilize nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate care for patients and families.
