Job summary

Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse in the Float Pool, delivering direct patient care during 12-hour night shifts (19:00–07:30) across multiple Med/Surg Telemetry units. This role is based at Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas, with a schedule of 48 hours every two weeks and holidays/weekends.

About the Role

As part of our site-based float pool (SBFP), you will have the chance to float among four major Med/Surg Telemetry units, gaining diverse experience while providing quality care.

This position is eligible for New Hire Incentives of $2k for part time.
