Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse in the Float Pool, delivering direct patient care during 12-hour night shifts (19:00–07:30) across multiple Med/Surg Telemetry units. This role is based at Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas, with a schedule of 48 hours every two weeks and holidays/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient progress towards expected outcomes.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal care and support for patients and their families.
• Leadership: Take primary responsibility for patient care, guiding the care team under your supervision to foster a team-oriented approach.
