Job summary

Novant Health is seeking PNRT RNs to provide safe, continuous patient care across multiple units and facilities within the Greater Charlotte and Greater Winston-Salem markets. The Local Resource Team RN supports flexible coverage across medical/surgical, telemetry, critical care, ED, and women's services.

RNs should hold an ADN with preferred BSN, have 2+ years of specialty experience, and current compact licensure.

Qualifications

• ADN is required; BSN preferred.
• 2 years of experience in specified specialties (Med Surg, Tele, Critical Care, ED, or Women's).
• Current compact licensure in the appropriate state.
• Specialty certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, continuous quality patient care across multiple units.
• Be assigned to varying units within the market to meet patient care needs.
• Work in at least 3 facilities within Greater Charlotte or Greater Winston-Salem market.
• Mentor clinical nurses and share best practices across teams.
