Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program or have two years of relevant work experience.
• The main area of study should be nursing.
• Two years of experience in nursing are required.
• You must be a registered nurse (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or obtained within 30 days of starting.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and plan personalized nursing care based on the nursing model.
• Coordinate and evaluate responses to health issues and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Delegate interventions to team members according to guidelines and patient condition.
• Educate patients, families, and staff; support smooth transitions and safety.
• Pursue professional development and participate in community service as applicable.
• Collaborate with the care team to implement and monitor care plans.
