Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking an RN Float to coordinate patient care within our nursing model. You will assess patients, plan individualized care, and evaluate responses to health issues while delegating tasks to the care team to ensure safe, efficient transitions.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited nursing program or have two years of relevant work experience.
• Must be a registered nurse (RN) and carry an active license.
• BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days of starting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care based on the nursing model.
• Assess patients, plan personalized care, and evaluate responses to health issues.
