Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking Registered Nurses for Day, Evening and Night shifts at North Shore Medical Center, on-site at 81 Highland Avenue. Positions offer 32 and 36 hours with 8- or 12-hour shifts and every other weekend.

Required: MA RN license, BLS; Bachelor's degree preferred; 2+ years Med Surg; ACLS/PALS may be required for some units. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing required; bachelor's degree from an accredited school of nursing preferred
• Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No
• Licenses and Credentials: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required
• BLS required, ACLS preferred
• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years' experience in Med Surg. 2-3 years required
• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: CPR, PALS, ACLS, and BLS may be required upon hire for specific patient care units

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the nursing process and the delivery of patient and family centered care
• Ability to request and use governing and administrative resources, technological and support systems, and multidisciplinary clinical experts to manage and deliver quality, cost effective patient care
