Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care through the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide care across Medical/Surgical, Emergency, Critical Care, Telemetry and other units as needed.
• Maintain compliance with unit policies, participate in shift handoffs and meet call requirements.
