Mass General Brigham is hiring a Registered Nurse for the RN Float Pool at Salem, MA. Day, Evening and Night shifts available with 32- and 36-hour schedules and 8- or 12-hour shifts; onsite at 81 Highland Avenue with every other weekend. Requirements include graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, MA RN license, BLS; ACLS preferred. BSN preferred; 2+ years Med/Surg experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of nursing preferred.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Minimum of 2+ years of Med/Surg nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the nursing process and patient care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams to deliver high-quality care.
• Utilize governing and administrative resources to support care delivery.
