MEP Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Float Pool in a dynamic healthcare setting. You will provide high-quality nursing care across Emergency, ICU, Cardiac Telemetry, and Medical-Surgical units, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

The role emphasizes patient rights, confidentiality, and adherence to practice guidelines and mission values, with compensation incentives and opportunities for growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Active RN license (state or compact).
• Preferred 1+ year RN experience.
• BLS required; ACLS/PALS may be needed depending on assignment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform various movements during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care across units such as Emergency, ICU, Cardiac Telemetry, and Medical-Surgical (Adults & Peds).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain professional accountability and compliance with licensing and certification requirements.
• Develop clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.
