Job summary

Mercy invites seasoned Registered Nurses to join the float pool, with opportunities across units like Med/Surg, ICU, Telemetry, Stroke/Stepdown, Emergency, Behavioral Health, Oncology, and Neurology. You will deliver high-quality patient care and adapt to varying clinical needs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of bedside RN experience.
• Current RN license.
• BLS certification required.
• Nursing degree (BSN preferred).
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform standard clinical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Providing patient care across multiple units such as Med/Surg, ICU, Telemetry, Stepdown, Emergency, Behavioral Health, Oncology, and Neurology, ensuring high-quality care and adaptability.
