Job summary

Williamson Health is seeking a dedicated nurse to coordinate, implement, and plan nursing care across multiple units. The role requires a Tennessee license, a nursing degree, and current BLS certification, with ACLS/NVCI/PALS/ENPC/TNCC where applicable.

Qualifications

Nursing degree or diploma from an accredited program.
Licensed in the State of Tennessee.
BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
Unit-specific certifications within stated timeframes (ACLS, NVCI, PALS, TNCC/ENPC as applicable).
Pediatrics or adult telemetry experience preferred depending on unit needs.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient assessments upon admission using observation, communication, and examination.
Plan individualized care with nursing diagnoses and evidence-based interventions.
Coordinate patient education, discharge planning, and post-discharge needs.
Ensure accurate administration of medications and adherence to safety policies.
Document promptly and maintain clear, compliant records.
Reassess patient status and adjust care plans as needed; support staffing and unit operations.
