Job summary

Essentia Health’s team is seeking a Registered Nurse in Virginia, Minnesota, to deliver high-quality nursing care across 12-hour shifts on a day/night rotation. The role includes Friday through Sunday work in a Baylor position, with a potential signing incentive of up to $7,500 for ADN holders and up to $10,000 for BSN holders.

Licensure and BCLS within one month are required. FTE is 1; the compensation range listed is $44.69–$64.48 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and advancement

Education Qualifications:

Responsible for organizing and providing nursing care to patients through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation and job descriptions. Contributes to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.

FTE/Schedule:

• FTE: 36 hours per week (paid for 40 hours)

• Shift: 12 hour shift; Day/Night rotation

• Day Shift: 7:00AM - 7:30PM

• Overnight Shift: 7:00PM - 7:30AM

• Works Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (Baylor Position)

Qualified candidates may be eligible for a hiring incentive of up to $7,500 (ADN) and up to $10,000 (BSN)

Licensure/CertificationQualifications:
