Job summary

Orlando Health is seeking experienced registered nurses to join the corporate float pool for nights across multiple adult in-patient units. You will float to several facilities and must have at least one year of acute care RN experience, a Florida RN license, and current BLS certification.

ACLS, PALS, NRP, and TNCC are required per patient population. Must be willing to work at any Orlando Health facility as determined by the Corporate Staffing Office, providing care that respects diversity and

Qualifications

• Requires Florida RN license and BLS; ACLS/NRP/PALS/TNCC as required by patient population.
• One year of acute care RN experience.
• Must meet mandatory development requirements for Orlando Health and unit/department.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and revise individualized plan of care.
• Evaluate progress toward outcomes and adjust care as needed.
• Communicate with health care team and family to ensure safe, high quality care.
• Demonstrate growth and development awareness across patient lifespans.
• Maintain safe, caring environment and document care appropriately.
• Participate in process improvement activities and committee work.
