Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking an RN for the Clinical Float Pool at St. Francis Medical Center. The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care while floating to multiple departments and sites as needed.

Responsibilities include staffing coordination and collaboration with the health care team to ensure high-quality care. The ideal candidate holds an Associate's Degree in Nursing with a current state license, BLS, and ACLS/PALS depending on assignment; BSN is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree in nursing is required.
• BSN is preferred but not required.
• Current nursing license in the state of employment is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• ACLS and PALS required based on specialty assignment.
