Advocate Health’s Atrium Health Stanly Nursing Float Pool is seeking a part-time registered nurse to deliver high-quality patient care on a dynamic unit. You will apply the nursing process, collaborate with the care team, and participate in quality initiatives while maintaining safety and documentation standards.

Required qualifications include a BSN or equivalent, an active RN license, and BLS. The role offers a variable schedule with 24 hours per week and a pay range that reflects experience

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active, unrestricted RN license with state privileges.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage in governance and quality initiatives to improve care.
• Apply nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans, and collaborate with the care team.
• Uphold a culture of safety and accurate EHR documentation.
• May administer medications and therapies per clinical protocols.
