Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a registered nurse to join the Floating Pool, providing 3 x 12-hour shifts per week (7pm–7am) with weekend rotation. You will float to Atrium Health Union, Union West, and Anson as needed, delivering evidence-based nursing care and participating in quality initiatives.

Must have RN license, BLS, and a BSN preferred. 1 year of clinical nursing experience is typical; strong clinical judgment and teamwork are essential. Competitive pay and Float Pool Premium included.
