Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking aRegistered Nurse in Charlotte, NC for a 40-hour workweek on a full-time basis in our Nursing Float Pool. The role requires a BSN-preferred education, active RN license, BLS, and strong clinical judgment.

You will apply the nursing process, document in EHRs, and coordinate with the care team to ensure safe, quality patient outcomes while adhering to ANA ethics and facility policies. Weekend/holidays not required, M-F 0800-1700.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license in state(s) where services provided.
• BLS certification required, additional certifications may be needed by specialty.

Responsibilities

• Engage in governance and quality initiatives to improve care.
• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans as needed.
