Qualifikationen

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Emergency Department experience preferred with established ED skill set.
• Competency in telemetry nursing.
• Strong critical-thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work across multiple departments.
• ACLs, PALS, and TNCC certifications preferred or required within the designated timeframe.

Aufgaben

• ED: participate in ED rotation, including every third weekend.
• Surgical Services: cross-train in pre-op and post-op care.
• Specialty Clinic: cross-train in cardiology stress testing and related clinics.
• Medical-Surgical: cross-train to provide patient care and support.
• Dialysis: complete required training and demonstrate dialysis competency.
• Telemetry: monitor and care for patients requiring telemetry.
• Patient-Centered Care: deliver safe, compassionate, evidence-based nursing care with the team.
