Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active Louisiana RN license and BLS Certification.
• Per license requirements for nursing practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per established standards.
• Coordinate patient flow, schedule tests and referrals.
• Assist physicians and staff in patient care coordination.
• Serve as preceptor for clinical staff when needed.
• Document patient care activities per standards.
• Lead/delegate in unit settings as appropriate.
• Participate in quality improvement and teamwork.
