Job summary

FMOL Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to support a clinic with professional nursing care and coordination of patient flow in Monroe, LA. You will assist physicians, schedule procedures and referrals, and may serve as a preceptor for clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Proficient in English; strong verbal and written communication.
• Current Louisiana State RN license and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing following established standards and practices.
• Assist physicians and staff with daily coordination of patient care and access.
• Coordinate patient flow, schedule procedures, tests, and referrals.
• May serve as preceptor for clinical staff and lead within scope of practice.
• Document patient care activities per standards; support the healthcare team.
