Job summary

LCMC Health is seeking an Acute Care Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care across multiple acute care units. You will support diverse units, precept students, and collaborate with teams in a Magnet-recognized health system with strong academic affiliations.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Minimum of 2 years of acute care RN experience.
• Current Louisiana RN license (or eligibility). BLS and ACLS within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care across acute care units.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for complex patients.
• Collaborate with interprofessional teams to optimize outcomes.
• Precept nursing students and new graduates.
