The role focuses on licensed, high-quality care with the ability to travel between WesleyLife locations as needed, providing coverage during periods of increased demand while maintaining compliance and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Iowa and active status.
• Ability to work across WesleyLife communities with the Pella focus.
• Minimum 16 hours per pay period when shifts are available.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centered clinical care.
• Travel to WesleyLife locations based on staffing needs.
• Assist teams during periods of increased demand.
• Maintain compliance with WesleyLife policies and state/federal care standards.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
