Qualifications

• Active RN license in Iowa.
• Ability to work across WesleyLife locations.
• Minimum 16 hours per pay period when shifts are available.
• Reliable transportation required for travel between WesleyLife communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centered clinical care per individualized care plans.
• Travel to WesleyLife locations based on current staffing needs.
• Support teams during peak periods, vacations, and high-acuity situations.
• Maintain compliance with WesleyLife policies and state/federal care standards.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Demonstrate adaptability, collaboration, and professionalism in all care settings.
