Good Samaritan – Bethany is a 79-bed long-term skilled care and transitional care facility located in Brainerd, Minnesota. The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to residents and coordinating with residents, families, and the inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice is occurring and/or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
• Obtains and maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process across all phases of care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, education and nursing interventions with the interdisciplinary team.
